Reception to commemorate the publication of "The Beauty of the Ashinaga Movement" by Yoshiomi Tamai, Founder and President of Ashinaga

H.E. Mr. Lukman Faily, Iraqi ambassador to Tokyo, joined in the reception organized by Ashinaga on July 27, 2010. In August 2007, Ashinaga invited six Iraqi children to the International Summer Camp held in Tokyo. In July 2010, Ms. Ban Ali, an Iraqi girl, who took part in the summer camp, successfully passed the entrance examination of Waseda University with support from Ashinaga. Ambassador Faily was given an opportunity to express his appreciation personally to Mr. Tamai, Founder and President of Ashinaga, for their support. The Ambassador also extended his gratitude to the State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr. Osamu Fujimura who was a former Vice President of Ashinaga. This is a part of ambassador's programs to strengthen relationships between Japanese NGO's and Iraq.
